Perform the Following Tabata Drills:
4min -Single Exercise
1) Push Ups
2) Squats
3) Sit Ups

8min -Couplet Exercise:
 (20sec alternating the Exercises)
4) 4m Shuffle Run / Burpees
5) Pull Ups / Thrusters (20/15kg)
