Time of exercise depends on Runners time, when runners return rotation of stations.

Station 1: Run 400m
Station2: Rowing Sprint
Station 3: Pull Ups
Station 4: Sit Ups
Station 5: Kb swings 12/16/20kg
Station 6: Wall Ball 2.5/5/7.5kg

Rest 2:00min / 1:30min / 1:15min

Repeat 4 rounds
